2nd Day – Lisbon | Peniche | Nazaré | Lisbon
Today we take you on special journey. Peniche and the sea are inseparable. It is one of the largest traditional fishing ports in Portugal and a major Atlantic hub for maritime-tourist activities.
Nazaré:
Did you saw the outstanding videos of Garret McNamara surfing the giant waves? We take you to Nazaré beach, with its mild climate and natural beauty, has one of the most ancient traditions connected to fishing in Portugal.
3rd Day – Lisbon | Samora Correira | Galapinhos | Costa Vicentina
Get to know “Companhia das Lezírias” the famous farm, taste the very best olive oil in Portugal and the first-class wines. Interact with the “Lusitano” horse and learn the selection process. Spend a wonderful morning and have a unique experience. Bring your swimmers, free time at the stunning Galapinhos beach at Arrábida Natural Park. One of the most beautiful beaches in Europe, and a great place for scuba diving, with unique flora and fauna to be discovered in the clear waters.
Costa Vicentina:
The South West Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park is the finest preserved stretch of European coastline, covering over 100 km, from Porto Covo till Vila do Bispo.
4th Day – Costa Vicentina | Sagres | Lagos | Faro
The beaches are highly popular amongst surfers and are the finest in the country. There is a tremendous variety of beaches, including long stretches of sand and small beaches nestled between the cliffs and rocks. The long list includes beaches such as Porto Covo, Malhão, Vila Nova de Milfontes, Almograve, Monte Clérigo, Arrifana and Praia do Amado.
Sagres:
Free time at Cape St. Vincent and delight yourself with an amazing view of the ocean.
In the extreme South Western section of the Park make sure you visit the lighthouse. This stretch of coastline has been named Sagres promontory that housed the famous nautical school founded by the Infant D. Henrique.
Lagos the old town is an exploring heaven. Time to see untouched beaches, surrounded by red cliffs, with clear waters and white sands. City full of stories of navigators and pirates.
5th Day – Faro | Pego do Inferno | Albufeira | Faro
“Pego do Inferno” – Take a swim at the awesome waterfall and walk by the wood walkway. The beautiful Pego do Inferno is one of the most beautiful landscapes of the Algarve. Stunning pedestrian walk to the lovely Pego Viewpoint where one can observe this amazing waterfall and all the astonishing landscape.
Albufeira:
A walk by the sea will offer you a magnificent view over the city, the beaches and the cliffs which are part of the charm of Albufeira.
Enjoy our awesome farewell dinner. Barbecue and drinks on the beach! Of course, we have a boat party.
After breakfast, unfortunately it is time to say your goodbyes to your fellow travellers.
